If you're unsatisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt for most items in new condition. If the return is a result of our error (for example, you received an incorrect or defective item), we will also cover the return shipping costs.

Your refund should be processed within four weeks from when you give the package to the return shipper, although often refunds are issued more quickly. This time frame includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
